Shaper XY & MIDI Shaper XY – Max For Live Devices
We present an improved version of Ableton’s native Shaper and MIDI Shaper: now evolved into Shaper XY and MIDI Shaper XY.
The key update is that the ‘Y’ coordinate is now enabled, which significantly enhances curve editing. This improvement was inspired by my experience working with LFOs in synthesizers such as VITAL and SERUM, where this feature has always been indispensable. Now, you can enjoy the same flexibility directly inside Ableton Live.
The original devices were designed by Ableton, but this adaptation was developed by Coolturno — an experienced sound designer — with the goal of taking these classic tools to a new level of functionality.
